1957

Kardesler Essential Oils Inc. was founded as a family enterprise in 1957. In the early years following its establishment, the company was engaged in three main business lines: confectionary and beverage sector, procurement of medical devices, raw materials and packaging for pharmaceutical sector, and undertook the Turkish representation of a large number of foreign firms.

 

1992

In 1992 the company began importing and marketing wet cleaning towels – what was then a new product for the domestic market. Upon conducting market research the company decided to produce the product itself, under the registered name “Fresh’n Soft”.

 

1994

Manufacturing and sales to the domestic market began in 1994, under the brand name “Fresh’n Soft”. Kardesler Essential Oils Inc. thus became the first company to manufacture wet cleaning wipes in Turkey.

 

 

1998

 Marketing efforts were redoubled in 1998, paving the way for an export department, and the start of an era of exporting their goods and services.

 

2002

The company moved its production facilities to the Organized Industrial Zone in 2002, and began investments and infrastructure work.

 

2004

Kardesler Essential Oils Inc moved its production once again, this time to their new facilities in the Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone. The company’s manufacturing remains at the Gebze location today. Headquarters remain in Istanbul.
